Welcome to El Monarca, where our story is rooted in love and culinary tradition. My wife and I began with a humble idea of starting food truck, fueled by a desire to bring you homemade Mexican meals crafted from our family's cherished recipes. One day I asked God and prayed that he would lead us to where we were meant to be. The next day I ended up with a special phone call and it lead to us getting a special offer to our first location. We were beyond excited to start serving the community and having my wife Maru by my side, we made the best team.
